tl;dr - he talks about how the KGB intentionally worked hard to implement psychological warfare in America. Example: By indoctrinating / demoralizing generations of children and students, to the point where you can shower them with damning evidence / facts / data / proof that the Marxist ideology is wrong without changing their mind.

Then he talks about how the KGB intended to further decay America, with collapse being largely self-driven once the Soviet propaganda has primed a few generations of Americans onto a self-destructive path.

We can see it happening, too. Humanity has experienced such rapid decreases in poverty in the last 100 years. The standard of living across the entire planet has skyrocketed during that time. People everywhere, even in the poorest countries today, have much longer lifespans than in the 1950s and before.

Yet if you show a Marxist this data, they will ignore it or simply try to grasp at straws as to how it is wrong or how the trend is not sustainable. It's literally religious indoctrination at this point.
