Each item said how many calories were in the ice cream, but it never mentioned the 125g of sugar thats included in a small shake. The problem is that people cant visualize what theyre eating. One sugar cube is four grams of sugar. If your packet of salad dressing has 8g or sugar, then you just crumbled two sugar cubes into your salad. I saw some jelly beans for sale near a checkout counter, a few months ago. Fat free! Never mind the sugar, its fat free! My brother was telling me about some kind of beef jerky and said it didnt have sugar. Turns out they just didnt list how much was in there (accidentally, Im sure).
