| treewojima 10/22/18 6:41:16 PM #4: | could be a poor electrical connection somewhere, or a poor solder joint on a control board or a relay. cold weather makes metal contract so if there's an iffy connection it'll be exacerbated. then again, the last time I had to diagnose electrical gremlins was in the pre-OBD2 era so ymmv ...
