He received the MAXIMUM sentence allowed under Texas law when he plead guilty to federal hate crime earlier this year The Colonel Sanders lookalike admitted to interfering with a black family housing rights that is a misdemeanor hate crime. He displayed the doll THREE ties and noted the family had a young daughter who saw it daily. His lawyer said he acted out of "anger and frustration" because his neighbor, 28 y/o Dante Petty had moved into their neighborhood with his wife and young daugher and did not like that as he intimidated them to leave.
