wolfy42 10/27/18 11:16:20 PM #5:	Look, just make it a rule, you don't take orders 15 minutes before closing, and put the seats up (turned upside down on the tables) for all tables not occupied 20 minutes before closing. Nobody can sit down after that, and while they can order to go, you'll have the food done by closing at that point anyway. If the owner/boss doesn't like it...then he is in the store and he can freaking deal with it, otherwise how would he even know, so just do it.
