Britain colonised the whole planet,

ROFL. Is this the stuff they teach in British schools? The whole planet, ROFL. In the history of empires, Britains is easily the smallest.

Actually, Britain had one of the largest (if not THE largest). Their empire totaled over 3.7 million sq. miles including (but not limited to) half of what is now the USA (not just the colonies), pretty much all of Canada, almost half of Africa, practically all of India and Australia.

HAD is the operative world. They were bankrupt after WW2 and now they are smaller than a pinky. But living in the past always makes a great future.

a) Not relevant, considering how we're talking about colonial influence on laws in foreign countries,

b) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Overseas_Territories

The sun still never sets in the British Empire, despite not even maintaining an empire, and;

c) We produce 5.6x GDP per square mile, Britain is a super dense powerhouse still, even after the US literally robbing the allied forces in WWII.
