I mean I live in canada and I assume you do to but it's still all hockey & NFL up here. Sorry about your recent struggles. My youngest daughter has her 5th birthday coming up soon. Her entire life has been plagued thus far with hospital trips and illnesses. It can take a big toll on your mental state. Its cliche and sounds silly but try and stay positive even only in front of them. We see now as adults how shitty life can be, and while I also suffer from depression I know that if I ever gave up it wouldn't be me that would suffer the most. I see you like the Oilers so I'm guessing your an Alberta man? My in laws live in Edmonton and run a little Korean restaurant. Hope to visit there someday. Take it easy brother.
