It's usually an afterthought; a salad bar, a weightwatcher's option. But hell, I'll steal your recipe. I can get all those ingredients locally. That's cool... oh yeah, if you're gonna try to recreate that Truluck's salad... I can't specifically recall what lettuce they used for the base, but I'm pretty sure it was Romaine.
