Topic	11 year old boy kills his grandmother and himself over cleaning his room.

Most 11 year olds are capable of proper firearm safety . . . if they've been taught, and they're not raging little psychopaths. I'm not saying they should or shouldn't have access, but parents should know their kids well enough to make the call. I never said they weren't.
