Everything involving CGI or new footage (the baby, the cow, Tonguey, the Evil Council) is irredeemable. The exception is that the new footage towards the beginning with the present-day Chosen One battling is overall pretty good (as well as the line 'So on he walked... ...and sometimes, drove.').
