Its so infuriating I'd rather that than teams get an offensive rebound and pass it around for 24 seconds before shooting. Theoretically despite the higher scoring, it encourages better defense too. Since it's easier to defend for 14 seconds than 24. This should also allow for more swingy results / comebacks as it's harder for teams to take time off the clock.
