No not normal. Just because some "adults" .. kids.. do it doesn't mean it's normal. People are more lazy today than they ever have been. Yes times are harder today but it's not that much harder... I only have a high-school diploma and make good money, have a mortgage on a house, longer term relationship 10+ years, a son and so on. So no excuse for others not to be able to go live a life away from mommy and daddy. I moved out when I was 20 and have been fine since. Also my area is west coast Canada so not cheap either.

He could be a really hard worker or good at making connections but yeah... some people get really lucky and act like they earned it. I know plenty of people like that. With only a high school diploma these days, its tough to land a decent job. Usually, people without a degree have to work 60-70 hours a week at multiple jobs to support a family
