I just don't like the state, man. And it's sad as hell cause good people are caught up in it. Politicians don't care, parts of the population doesn't care about other things (homelessness issue, regular smog, etc;), and the cost of living just traps people into being there their whole life. It's an entirely miserable place to be, at least, looking from the outside in.
Trust me, I'm not saying that CA deserves any of this, but it's a hotbed of natural disasters and drought, not the best state out there to choose to live in, but people are stuck there regardless and it's upsetting.
I'd disagree with you on a few points, but that's fair. It still seems pretty silly to go into these topics just to say "Fuck California" because of those reasons, though. ---
