Most of this stuff will be handled by sellers. Plus as far as the article puts it, the restriction is only on someone under the age of 21 buying a gun. Nothing about them owning one. So I don't see a situation where he would be arresting an 18 year old having a gun in the first place. The law also creates the potential for someone to be criminally prosecuted if he or she stores a gun where a "prohibited" person gains access to it. Also this is 100% legit and we should be doing more to punish those who leave their guns supervised and next thing their children shoots themselves or a friend or maybe their school.
