Honestly, we need a Tifa-Zelda match in one of these contests. I'm honestly not sure which one is stronger, and they're both clearly among the strongest non-NNers so it's a long overdue match. Sadly we're not going to get it this year because Tifa's path is so predictable--lose right away to Samus, then lose again to the Sephiroth-Mario loser. And if by some miracle she actually does beat Mario in that match, well, her next opponent is the Sephiroth-Samus loser. So unless Tifa really does have what it takes to beat Samus, her path is severely limited.

Why do they keep feeding the same characters to the same characters? This is Tifa's sixth contest (yeah, disappointingly low number), and she's already lost to Seph 3 times (two in one contest, thanks fourways) and Samus twice. And it's quite possible that her two losses to be eliminated from this one will be Samus and Sephiroth, too.

She's never lost to a non-NNer (well technically she did in a fourway but really she just got SFFed by Sephiroth enough for another character to climb past her), but she's yet to face six of them.
