So this theory banks on:
1. the idea that Scum have some way of knowing I either have a night action, or them counting on me having one.
2. Scum expecting me to target Chris, having a way to force me to target Chris (or alternatively just expecting my claim to be weak enough for them to argue me to death).
3. Scare knowing that forcing two Town powers to claim on stupid hunches is really fucking dumb and that he wouldn't double down on this as Town.

So my theory is that I was role-cop'd. This is not necessary, but is more likely than Scum just expecting me to have a night action. I mean, as Ben pointed out, Scum knows I am power. After all, I knew the format for power roles (which Scare still does not follow, btw, and should be clear evidence that he is Scum). Anyway, they can either rolecop me to find out what I am, or they can just guess. They do NOT track me, as they would know that this is a lie.

1. Rolecop makes a lot of sense, especially as a Jack power. More than Commuter (btw, 100% of Commuter claims are Scum, without fail). After all, flavor cop is a popular minor power to give Scum, but it's worthless here, so why not just go the full deal and give them a rolecop?

2. The alternate role is a role where Scum can redirect somebody's action. If they redirect me, who they know is power, to Chris, then they can theoretically explain away my action when I flip with this redirector. This is less strong than the Rolecop, but it is still a possibility. Oh, and while we probably typically call this role redirector, in some versions of mafia, this role is called Drunk.

3. Uhhh I guess they could argue Bus Driver.

So Scum knows I'm power, and in these scenarios:
1. They know what kind of power role I am.
2. They redirect me to their NK target (this only makes sense if Chris was strongman'd, which is incredibly likely).
3. Don't need to prove it, since it would be argued that it was a Scum BD and thus just puts a ? around as Scare slips away from being lynched until Scum wins again.

So it is simple. After all, if they rolecopped me, then they would know I am Mega Man, Veteran Leaf Shield (Bodyguard).

Now, bodyguard is a pretty strong role. It confirms itself by dying, but Scum know it is dangerous because it can delay a power role from dying. However, it is very hard to prove a Bodyguard before death.

So Scum has some options...

1. Assume I targeted Chris (since saving Chris N1 is basically required). This might not be the smartest since I did put up a wall of evidence against Chris, but after Lolo hopped on my train, I did say that it was a HUGE doubt causer.

2. Not care who I targeted - I can't prove it anyway.

3. Redirect me to target Chris, thus proving Scare true.

4. Maybe this rolecop theory is wrong and Scare is just rolefishing. He backed off of Death since Death claimed to have info, but since I did not, he chose not to back off from me, knowing that I can't prove him wrong.

But here's the kicker:

I did not use my power last night.

I took no night action. As I said, it is impossible for me to have targeted Chris, since I went nowhere. Bus Driver couldn't have made it happen. Redirector couldn't have made it happen. And Tracker can't pretend that it happened.

Ben said he knew I was going to claim an action. Ben is an experienced player, and a host. He wouldn't assume I had a night action unless he knew I did. What he did not expect, was that I did not use it.
