For Han to be scum, he had to have made both a 300 IQ and 3 IQ play.
First, he had to have set up the Vanilla/Metal Blade ploy in advance in order to use it to call himself Town later, since he'd know both the Vanilla and power formats and wouldn't make that mistake.
Second, after setting up that brilliant natural-looking trap, he had to have been prepared to throw it all out the window on Day 2. Remember, Han correctly knew part of the formatting that hadn't been posted in topic before, and when I, an uninformed Vanilla, caught that it didn't match up, rather than get scared and check, Han was so confident that he was correct that he voted me. This game has had two claims thus far that don't quite follow the pattern laid out by the others, geno's and Scare's, and, keeping in mind that Scare is for sure Town if Han is scum, it would be astronomically stupid for scum Han to stick to his guns so strongly without even bothering to check if he's right. Town Han doesn't worry because he knows he's Town.
Both of these occurrences are highly unlikely. But both? Nah, Scare botched his claim, knows he's dead, and is trying to take out a good but lynchable Town player with him.
