Topic	Why didn't Thanos just cause half the population to become infertile?

I'm not into comics, but this has to be the worst evil plot ever. I mean, it's beyond stupid, but also in an intensely fruatrating way. It was never intended to be especially clever But doesn't that bug you that much more? It's just so weird that this is the big one where the bad guy wins and yet it's just...such a stupid victory. Doesn't bug me at all. It's a Marvel movie. I don't expect any of them to be very clever. Fair enough, man. It definitely delivered on the Marvel goodness and I enjoyed all of that. But for me, that nagging inner voice that wants to bitch about Thanos really brought it down. Expecting a supervillian known as the Mad Titan to have logical motives is like expecting Walmart customers to act older than three years old. You are gonna be disappointed.
