Sephiroth has gotten weaker but did he really go from NN to 25th? damn. I don't think Cloud can win at all. I am expecting a 55-45 easy victory for Mario. Link got 60. Mario wont get anywhere near 55. 52/3 at best. I honestly think cloud can beat him.
