I think I've got about a 10% chance given the above responses. But I did the calculations: in the best case, I win a $25 gift card, pay ~$8 in state and local taxes (CA), $10 for notary fees (many charge $15 now = max allowed by state law), and ~$3 in bus fares or gas to reach the notary, leaving about $4 in net profit.
