Topic	People only think Kefka is a great villain because it reminds them of Joker.

One might say he destroyed the MacGuffins the Occuria were using to play shell games with the humans, but the Occuria were never defeated, except for Venat who was an Occurian traitor. Despite that the Occurian's most powerful tools were destroyed, they don't need them to fuck with people. They led Ashe on a wild goose chase using nothing but a fake Rastler ghost. Vayne ultimately failed.
