Like, the government can never admit they intentionally shot down a plane full of innocent American civilians, but they were going to die anyway if the plane reached is destination (possibly the White House or the Capitol building) plus there would have been more death in the ground. It's just a horribly difficult choice they had to make, assuming they did. I could see that possibly being true. I totally don't remember for sure but didn't some of the passengers phone home and say they were going to try to take back the plane, though? t_paynes_ghost posted... I believe the real story is at least incomplete and some crucial information redacted to some extent, whether the story is completely altered..... yeah I do believe that too, but I have no proof or evidence or really care enough to look into it, so I don't say anything about that, and keep myself out of those conversations.
