Thats a fine idea, but its not going to stop the opioid epidemic. Pandoras box has been opened.

wont stop it immediately, it will fix the issue eventually as long as it comes paired with limits on opioid prescriptions.

They already have limited opioid prescriptions. I've been prescribed them for years due to a back injury but from what I hear if you aren't either dying or already on them its near impossible to get a doctor to prescribe them because theyre terrified
