This. I always wondered how they could make him look in a movie making him look cheesy though.

He's Eastern European nobility. Just have him show up wearing expensive suits and talking with a faint accent, for any scene where he's not literally hunting. For the hunter side, he's not really a primitive as much as he likes the thrill of the hunt (and the kill), so you can easily justify putting him mostly in black or brown (or camo) tactical gear in the modern era, and that's 90% of the job done right there. Like how you'd actually dress if you WERE hunting for big game in Africa these days.

It's worth noting that the movies use the Ultimate Marvel version of a lot of characters (at least partly) more than they do the original versions, and they could easily just make him look like Ultimate Kraven:

That being said, if you want the implied motif of animal skins to hearken back to the comic version, it wouldn't be that hard to give him some sort of leather jacket with lion fur collar or something similar, so you get the allusion without being too ridiculously over-the-top (and Spider-Man would almost certainly make fun of him for it anyway).

Though the way Marvel's been going lately, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they just used his daughter instead, and had her mention her father (and his philosophy, and his training her, and his eventual death) as part of her backstory. And she mostly just wears white-ish tactical gear with animal fur trim, which is pretty easy to work with.
