But Q2 seems to have missed this in that the personas you can fuse at level 10-11 (about the level you meet the first boss) don't have the abilities you need to be able to take the boss on Risky. So grinding it is. But generally it is only one hump because afterward you get access to the tools you need to strategize effectively. --- move all remaining groundhog mercenaries to the front lines.
