Topic	C/D your local police force are great people

I never really understood why North Carolina was still "the south". Then again, Missouri is somehow northern, southern, eastern, and western - all at once. It's not really though. You have Saint Louis city, surrounding counties and Kansas city which is where the people in the state live. We have one of the best zoos in the country, the thirdhighest rated botanical garden in the world, and an excellent art museum.
