I hope they will let you stay in the room with Ernie while he's being put down cause when I had my bird Skeeter put down they wouldn't let me be in the room with him while they done it. I remember hearing that bird fussing and hollaring in the other room while it was going on and to this day it still bothers me just knowing that bird is gone cause he didn't know what was going on or going to happen to him cause I took away that birds chance to say goodbye to me.
