It's yummy just cooked with butter, but can be delicious with bread crumbs around it as well (with a bit of lemon/lime juice on tip). The asparagus combo works great though with the butter, and a bit of garlic, look for the very thin asparagus, oil the pan, and fry it (a bit of garlic as well), then once it's getting brownish, put some butter in part of the pan, so you have a ligh coating and add the scallops. You want it to be light yellow to dark yellow/light orange, then flip it and toast the other side. Will be super yummy. --- We are 4 oreos from Heaven!!!! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
