Even if you exclude intangible physical characteristics, there are a lot of other things that people don't have complete agency over, whether it's their beliefs, preferences, etc. Yeah that's why I broke it off at country of origin, since people also don't choose their parents, early education, early nutrition, early income level, etc. etc. The point when a person has to really start owning their actions is nebulous, and just a whole big messy issue.
