Mass Effect Andromeda is a perfect example. The sjws whined and threatened until they got stuff changed, but that's all they cared about. Oncenthe game came out did they line up to buy it and play the changes they said were so desperately needed? Nope. Then the actual fans, the ones who had been waiting years for the game, they didn't bother buying it either because they thought the game sucked. So the game sold poorly. And you know what happened? The studio that made it was shut down.

I don't know what SJW controversy you're talking about, but I feel comfortable in saying the poor sales had less to do with that and much more to do with this:

Yes and that happened because of forced diversity. They hired a bunch of women and minorities to work on the game, which isn't a problem by itself. The problem came from the fact that most of those people had literally never worked on a video game before. They were hired on to get that diversity quota checkbox. The lead facial animator was a cosplayer. That was why they hired her. Not an animator or a game designer or anything related to video games other then dressing up as the characters in them.

Then they had the Indian or middle eastern guy, I forget, who was literally making racist comments about white people during development. But since its ok to be racist against white people then who cares right?
