if you are trying to sleep, this is a really great technique my therapist just taught me yesterday. was asleep within 15 minutes and i didnt even realize. it was a really good sleep too

you gotta look at a clock or stopwatch and breathe in for 6 seconds and out for 6 seconds. do that for up to 15 minutes and you will feel your body relaxing. i got such a great sleep (for me), only woke up once. i was so dead tired that i ended up sleeping thru my alarm and my back up alarm and was almost late for work lol
