I believe forgiveness is really the only real way to move on and is best in the long run, but actually applying it is way easier said than done. People have not attempted to empathize with my struggles at all, I haven't been shown any compassion over the life-changing stuff I had to go through 3 months ago, so I'm just extremely angry and that's why stuff like this can trigger me. I wanna forgive others and I want them to forgive me but it seems like the people around me are heartless, soullless scum. She apologized to him, he accepted.
