TomNook 08/29/19 2:05:59 AM #10:	Monsters who commit these atrocities are often victims themselves through genetics, environment, upbringing, etc. They did terrible things and should be punished and locked away, but I've never really agreed with the death penalty for that reason. They were basically born and through a series of butterfly effects, were unable to not become that monster. I don't think they should be legally killed for that reason. Plus the whole "citizens getting killed by their government" always seems questionable.
