We know that he couldn't speak English so the verbal command couldn't be understood, but there's a bit in there where the lawyer talks about "He could have believed he was being robbed" that makes me wonder what he was doing in response. I'm also wondering how much recon the cops did beforehand. The fact that the suspects spoke Chinese seems to be something that they should have known before going into the raid. mrduckbear posted...
