Monolayer iron germanium telluride (Fe3GeTe2)

Fire, water, air, dirt, fucking magnets, how do they work? Ferromagnetism is a very cool phenomenon, though hysteresis is a little frightening to me, can't wait to do that in my lab. I *might* go down a condensed matter route for grad school, so terms like "high carrier mobility" and "rectangular hysteresis loops" and "Curie temperature", which I understand in principle but don't necessarily get, will likely become increasingly relevant to me. I might end up working with this or something very similar.
