Topic	Why do you prefer Tifa to Aerith?

I do find Tifa more interesting because her conflicted relationship with Cloud is really rich. But Aeris in the original title is more worldly and adventurous than later media portrayed her. Fiction doesn't really need another motherly sacrificial Madonna. So the fact that Aeris got flanderized into that is kind of sucky. Aeris isn't Betty. If anything, she's Veronica.
