Topic	19 y/o Kid BOUGHT a GUN for his 17 y/o FRIEND to KILL HIMSELF!! Is he Guilty???

But the fact he drove the guy out there and helped him do it makes it seem more clear cut that he should be guilty of something. mrduckbear posted... He is charged with murder, assisting suicide, improperly furnishing firearms to a minor and pandering obscenity involving a minor and falsification I feel like those two charges should REALLY be mutually exclusive... Either the victim was murdered, or he committed suicide (with the illegal aid/encouragement of the accused).
