Once you 6* a carry, farming becomes so much faster, and soon your box will just have a bunch of 5* fodders. I had like 20 at one point and basically not enough units I wanted to build. Don't focus too hard on doing like a 1 carry/3 fodder setup either. Generally it's actually just faster to have a 2-3 men core and rest fodder team and do even faster runs. If stamina is an issue then just take things slow :P.
