Topic | 43 percent of white harvard students used a special admissions dispensation |

I've said something along these lines in every topic I bothered arguing this on CE, and that's not a self-brag since it's a conclusion anybody with an IQ above 100 could figure out unless they were willingly being ignorant. It's dead ass obvious to anyone who attended college or talked to others who went through the process that it's only a meritocracy for a small percentage of the student population. For everyone else, it's legacy admissions, having money, athletic scholarships, or the big bad somehow only for dark skinned minorities affirmative action taking up all of the spots that could have gone to all da countless smart white students even though they somehow always seem to make up an alarmingly small percentage of the overall student population. But yeah AA is still somehow the number one problem preventing a meritocracy Nope I pretty much agree with what you just said Literally everyone in my med school class was a legacy student except for me, and it was pretty disturbing. --- Well allons-y, Alonso! ...
