Topic	Biden only raises $15 million in Q3; trails Buttigieg and Sanders

Still technically waiting to hear numbers from Castro, Beto, Tulsi, Klobuchar, and Steyer, too, but I dont see any of them making a real splash. I'm not sure what to make of Warren waiting this long - if her numbers actually are lower than Sanders it wouldve made the most sense to release them right after Biden to soften the blow by comparison.
