How can a concept be dumb if concepts are units of identified reationality Because some concepts are exclusive or almost exclusive to an overarching ideology to which they are contrary to. If a concept is used within a framework in which it is logically contradicting, then it is a dumb concept. Concepts can't be tied to ideology because ideologies themselves are discursive superstructure.
