I wouldnt say a concept can be dumb but it probably has a short historical life span

How can a concept be dumb if concepts are units of identified reationality

It is a pretty dumb idea. The "N-word" in general is such a weird and inconsistent mess of arbitrary standards.

How can a concept be dumb if concepts are units of identified reationality

Because some concepts are exclusive or almost exclusive to an overarching ideology to which they are contrary to. If a concept is used within a framework in which it is logically contradicting, then it is a dumb concept.

Concepts can't be tied to ideology because ideologies themselves are discursive superstructure. The concept itself has more actuality than ideology in itself

If a concept logically contradicts its existence condition, then like I said originally, it has a short life
