Every time you stop to meditate the charges get refilled as long as you have an ingredient called alcohest in stock. If youre always searching containers and bodies for loot then you dont need to worry running out because its such a common item. Also along your travels be sure to play Gwent with every new shopkeeper/innkeeper you come across. For every first time win youre awarded a new card. And purchase any cards you see for sell.
