Usually they send them back to Canada after checking them out but since they weren't Canadian and the UK wouldn't return their call they had to be held. Maybe be a little more careful about crossing international borders next time. Or we can stop being so gung-ho about borders. At the most, just escort them back to the border and see them off. What is the big deal about people merely existing inside of arbitrary country lines? Like I've never understood why that in and of itself is such a concerning issue and risks you getting arrested and killed. Everybody doesn't need to be treated like barbarians at the gates. Yeah man, we should just get rid of borders n shit. No, just stop being so obsessed with them. Every border crossing isn't immigration. Illegal immigration isn't an invasion.
