But it does. Your open league will have cis women and men competing against each other. Unless you're saying cis women are excluded and HAVE to go to the women's league, or that no woman would willingly choose to compete with men and trans people. This also includes FTM athletes, by the way, who will be using steroids (testosterone), so you have substance using men competing against non-substance using men and women.

My solution just ignores this aspect but if you do care about this thing then you're not fixing it.
