You'll have to change that in your settings. Never knew about this, but I changed my password and found those settings you mentioned, and yeah it seems my Google account was connected to it. I removed access for everything except the basic Spotify ad service and my PS4. Hopefully that works. Edit: Also I noticed my Premium account was the family plan that was like $5 more than the regular Premium. Don't know when the fuck I ever switched to that, switched back to the regular Premium.
