Thats a nice "Name of the character shes cosplaying" you've got there. Did you made it by yourself? Her: Will mostly likely say thanks and will also answer your second question. If she gives you details about her outfit (assuming she made it or bought it somewhere" there are good chances shes an open/talktative person. You: Oh well it surely looks great on you. You mind posing for a quick picture? That way you can practice on your way to the event. If she says no, then just say "Aight thats fine, see you around the event" and leave.
