Topic	Why are so many people on meds for depression or anxiety/panic?

I think years back before I learned how to handle stuff, meds would have been really good for me. It just depends, a lot of people are on it and don't need it, and a lot of people it helps. I wish I could learn how to slow my brain down without medication.
