It's actually very comparable. He's saying he doesnt want to do something that he knows isnt in many Americans best interest before he gets elected yet is something will obviously benefit both of them later after the fact. Obama was also putting himself before the American people. That's influencing the election correct? Since we want to use such a broad term like "influencing the election." Everything influences an election. And if biden doesnt have any real dirt then what's the issue here. I'm thinking biden does because that was obviously quite the sore spot and the DNC have been attempting to prop him up. If biden does have serious dirt involving ukraine, would that not matter to you because "orange man bad?"
