I tried to be polite, but very firm and insistent that I be reimbursed. They have access to see my account and verify the times and dates of the purchases. It would take probably two days to drive from where I live to Georgia, so I technically could have driven there and redeemed them, but why would I do that, all for the sake of some free pizza? I sent the email in the evening, so I dont expect to hear back until tomorrow, at the earliest. Basically, if I bought enough pizzas to earn ten free mediums, then they will probably understand that Im not trying to scam them.
